You Schedule. They Show.
SHOWING FOR AS LITTLE AS $50
It s pretty simple. If you schedule 3 showings with one of our Licensed and Certified Showing Assistants you pay $50 for the first showing and $15 for all the following showings. Here is an example below of 3 homes that your client would like to see.
FIRST HOME - $50
The cost of the first home has a base price of $50. All other homes following are just $15
SECOND HOME - $15
All the homes after the first simply cost an additional $15. If your client would like to see 2 homes we would stop here and your total would be $65 for 2 homes shown to your client.
THIRD HOME - $15
This home would be an additional $15. If it's just 3 homes then you will only be charged $80 for your client to see 3 homes.
HAPPY CLIENT - TOTAL $80 FOR 3 HOMES
We offer a flat rate for each showing so that the showing assistant is incentivized to keep moving on to the next home.
