It s pretty simple. The Hiring Agent pays for the showings and you get 80% (after service fees) which gets generally paid 2 days after the showing because of processing time. Make sure that you set up your bank account with STRIPE in our app. It is free to sign up as a Showing Assistant!
HIRING AGENT SELECTS 3 SHOWINGS AND PAYS $80
The hiring agent can select to one or more homes to be shown. They pay $50 for the first showing and $15 for each additional showing after the first. 3 showings would cost $50+$15+$15 = $80.
SHOWING ASSISTANT EARNINGS = 80% OF THE TOTAL
The subtotal from what the Hiring agent pays for the showings gets divided into 80% for the Showing Assistant and 20% for SHOWforME. When you accept a Showing it will always display Agent Earnings so that you can see exactly how much you will be getting paid.
YOU GET PAID $64 FOR 3 HOMES.
We recommend you accept showings that are near you so that you are not driving all over the city. This should be an easy way to make extra money when it is convenient for you!
